Prologue
"Enough, please be quiet."
It was the spring of freshman year of high school.
At that entrance ceremony that was some time ago now.
I still remember fully clearly her cold voice echoing in front of the new students, who were probably really excited about their new school life.
On the stage stood a teacher.
With her black hair, pulled back in a bun.
She wore black-rimmed glasses and gave the impression of being serious, because of her sharp eyes. She was dressed in a black suit, which gave her a rather formal impression.
She may look beautiful, but the atmosphere she emits is a mixture of terror and coldness.
"I've been watching you all for a while now."
The teacher said, as she looks around the gym at everyone.
"I have been watching you all for quite a while now, I can see that there are a lot of conversations among you and also that many of you are playing with your phones here and there. Right now, we are in the middle of the entrance ceremony. This is neither the place nor the time for you to do whatever you want. Please don't make me point out things that even elementary school kids know not to do."
My high school life began with those harsh but natural words.
I later found out that that was what they called that teacher, "Yukihime, The Snow Princess."
She seemed to be the most popular in high school because she was a strict and fearsome teacher.
Since then, I've been ... I mean, we the new students have a weak conciousness with Yukihime, at least at the beginning.
